The Colorado women’s basketball team had a great season in 2022-2023. With the off-season here, Quay Miller decided she would return to the Buffs for one more season to complete her collegiate career.
The Buffs made their first Sweet 16 in two decades and Miller was named a first-team All-Pac-12, admitting why she decided to return to the Buffs (h/t Brian Howell of BuffZone):

“I think what really ignited me to stay was just seeing how far we went and seeing the progress we made last year losing key keys,” Miller told BuffZone. “I think it is my faith in this team to go even further next season. I think that really influenced my decision to come back.”
Miller finished with career-highs in points (13.1) and rebounds (8.9) and hopes her final season in college will be her best.
Both Colorado basketball teams look set to be dangerous next year after men’s team lands Cody Williams in a massive recruiting addition. Add to that the fact that Deion Sanders quickly changed the football program and CU Athletics is back in business.
